I have extensive experience in manufacturing and am a published author. I graduated from Albright College with a bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior and Applied Psycholgy, and also am a 13 year miltary veteran. I have a Black Belt in variation reduction techniques (Six Sigma) and spent years in positions doing hands-on training and installing equipment while writing the manuals. I am married with four children and in my spare time enjoy theater, music and motorcycles.
