Juggling

Juggling my schedule is sometimes very complicated. At this point I am building three separate businesses and rehearsing for two shows. Sometimes when I am standing with my hand on the door knob, I have to stop and think; am I coming or going?

Of course that is an exaggeration about the door knob, but I am sure you get the idea. I'm not sure how I ever fit a full time job into my schedule. Working at home certainly has its advantages, but as I have said in blog posts, organization is paramount to success, especially if no one is looking over your  shoulder making sure you are working and keeping on-task.

My latest distractions are YouTube and Skype. YouTube is fascinating to me. Thinking about why people  put out certain videos and expose themselves for no gain amazes me. If you are going to go to the effort of making videos, have a plan. Do you want to get "discovered"? You better have contact information somewhere in the video or in your description. If you are going to that effort, why not make some money from doing what you like to do. It's possible to do that, if you get the right guidance.

My other vice is Skype chat. Suddenly that is another distraction. I say distraction about both YouTube and Skype but I can look at both as learning and growing experiences. It's an education and a mastermind session on Skype, and the same can be said about YouTube. Look and learn. What causes massive views and the most exposure? How can I apply that knowledge to my marketing message? Who can help me get that message across, so I don't waste time doing things that don't work.

But I digress. I guess I have another few things up in the air with the rest of my juggling routine, managing this website and the rest of my life.
